After-sales service and warranty

The warranty period of the equipment shall be 18 months from the equipment manufacturer's departure or 12 months from the user's factory commissioning, whichever comes first. During this period, the quality problems of the equipment and components provided by the supplier shall be borne by the company unconditionally

1、 On-site operation and maintenance personnel training

· The Supplier is responsible for providing regular operation training to the Buyer's operators

·  The Supplier is responsible for training the Buyer's operators in daily maintenance and repair to make them master the daily maintenance and repair of the equipment



2、 User visit

·  At the request of customers

·  Check the equipment operation and provide reasonable suggestions to users.


3、After-sales service and troubleshooting

· The company implements the system of lifelong equipment tracking service and 24-hour response service. It will immediately respond to the information of the user's equipment failure. If the user cannot handle the failure by himself, it will ensure that the after-sales service personnel (24 hours in the province and 48 hours outside the province) rush to the site to repair the equipment and ensure the normal use of the user

·  Within five years after the signing of the contract, the company will provide users with all relevant improved technical documents within the scope of the contract equipment free of charge

·  The company is responsible for the technology and after-sales service of the purchased equipment in the company's equipment

·  The equipment provided by our company is insured during the manufacturing, transportation, loading and unloading processes. In the event of an accident, our company will replace and repair the equipment as soon as possible free of charge according to the user's requirements, until the user is satisfied

· During the unpacking process, if any missing parts or other reasons leading to the loss of parts are found, we will make up for the missing parts as soon as possible. During the installation and debugging process of the equipment, as well as any quality issues found during future equipment operation, we will fully cooperate and solve them carefully to ensure the stable operation of the system



4、 Other services

·  Establish user files and assist users in equipment management

·  Regularly remind users to replace wearing parts, check equipment and precautions

·  Regularly carry out product use tracking service and investigation and after-sales service feedback

·  Set up after-sales service column records

·  The company has an after-sales service department to provide good service to users in time; Ensure the safe operation of the system
